Seats can be booked online anytime (after general release) or on the phone/in person during box office hours.
ABL members can book one week ahead of general release.
Members priority booking for reopening will be on Friday 4th June (online) and General Release on Saturday 12th June, from 10.30am.
We have carefully planned measures to encourage social distancing at each of our bar areas.
Patrons with upstairs seats are asked to queue from the outside steps to the bar. The front of the queue will split into two at the bar, to speed up the service time. You will then be shown to your seat by one of our trained ushers.
For downstairs ticket holders, you will be shown straight to your table. We ask that one member of your household comes to the bar to order.
Whilst we are able to sell you a ticket at the box office, we would recommend booking online and in advance, as we cannot guarantee we will have any seats still available last minute.
The raffle will not be open for any screening, for the time being.
We have been working our way through all the ticket sales during this period, however if you have not yet been issued a credit note/refund, please contact the box office during opening hours.
This is a time consuming job for our staff, so we appreciate your patience and we would like to thank all those who have donated their tickets to support The Rex.
If you arrive to The Rex once the film has started, we will not be able to allow you in the auditorium, as we previously were. Unfortunately we will not be issuing refunds to those who are unable to watch the film due to lateness.
If The Rex should have to close again, we will issue credit notes for all tickets booked. Credits notes will last for 2 years.
If for any reason, you do not wish to accept a credit note and you would prefer a refund, you must not tick the consent box online and be prepared to wait for the box office to contact you, once we are able to reopen.
