Run time: 97 mins

The much-loved gang make their big-screen debut in this spirit-swapping, supernatural comedy delight.

When a group of teenagers break into Button House to hold a séance, they unwittingly unleash a new kind of chaos. One unlucky teen becomes possessed by the mischievous, trouser-less MP Julian Fawcett, leaving the youngster trapped among the house’s resident ghosts while Julian escapes into the living world. With Alison and Mike caught up in the madness, a race against time begins to get everyone back where they belong.

A cinematic upgrade feels like a natural fit for the Ghosts gang, giving the familiar Button House crew a fresh, feature-length predicament to get their heads around. There’s plenty of fun to be had in seeing Julian loose in the real world, causing mischief and mayhem, while the show’s trademark cheeky humour and gloriously silly supernatural antics successfully make the leap.

For newcomers, it’s a brilliant introduction. For fans, it’s a chance to spend one more outing with a gloriously daft bunch of ghosts. And, if this really is the end, a rather fitting way to say goodbye
